We talk, laugh, then ride away for our sunday adventure... today we raced the last crit for the season at skcc - the team did very well, 6th, 8th, 11th & 12th, 15th and so on - must have been those dotty leggings that inspired us, or maybe a jenga tower of garibaldi? Last night Mr.Lee - no not the one who runs the chinese laundry on High St, in fact it's the designer & cyclist Mr. Aaron Lee - opened his doors to clients & friends to launch his new location, and unveil the super sleek and white studio they have moved into on Clarendon St. Az has put a lot of effort into getting this new space up and running, which is how he approaches all his tasks, lots of effort, lots of results... check out Caramel Creative... thanks for the beers.....

The boys stepped it up this morning at Skcc - National Stay True's Mark "The Kid' & Nick 'The Scientist' went well!! MG-11th NB-6th yep - AWESOME - spell it again - A W E S O M E.... oh and by the way - in one hr + 3 laps we covered 49km - it was windy, it was sketchy & it was quick. Club Champs are next Sunday at 10am - 1hr of racing - come support the boys....

Go MJ - run you good thing, run
So I was perched upon a bridge, contemplating what lay ahead, I had a race of my own to run, well ride - and just how long would I have to wait with vigilant eyes peeled and darting through the crowds of 'j'oggers to spot - MJ - that's even if I knew what she looked like in all her athletic apparel....... you'd be glad to know - she made it, I didn't spot her - but she had some company to keep her focused. 14km - freeway, bolte bridge, finishing tape - Good work MJ.

The pinklady has spoken to me directly - these little power packed flavour explosions only recently had introduced themselves to my tastebuds - so happy they met - preshafruit is amazing - if you haven't had the pleasure - please try one - they are so good you can actually taste the different kinds of apples they offer - yeah they might be pricey, but so is soy milk piccolos and most other drinks in the shop fridge... suck it up
